1. General Provisions

1. Users should read this agreement carefully before using it to ensure that they fully understand all the terms in this agreement. Unless you accept all the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to log in or use the services covered by this Agreement. Your login, use and other behaviors will be deemed to be unconditionally bound by all the terms of this Agreement.

2. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the new functions and services launched by this product are unconditionally used in this Agreement.

3. Our company reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement, and will notify the user 30 days in advance through the notice in the App, the announcement on the official website or by email. The amended agreement shall take effect from the date of publication. If you do not agree to the revised terms, please stop using the service immediately. If you do not accept the modified terms after our company modifies the terms of the agreement, please immediately stop using the services provided by this product, and continuing to use the services provided by this product will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.

2. Service content

1. The specific content of this service is provided by this product according to the actual situation, including but not limited to the user's use of this product. The product may change the services provided, and the service content provided by the product may change at any time, and the user will receive a notice of the service change.

2. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, new products, new functions and new services launched by the Company shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Change, interruption or termination of services

1. In view of the particularity of network services (including but not limited to server stability problems, the existence of malicious network attacks and other uncontrollable circumstances), the user agrees that our company has the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the services at any time.

2. Our company needs to overhaul or maintain the system or related equipment provided by the service on a regular or irregular basis, and our company does not need to assume any responsibility for the interruption of the service within a reasonable time due to such circumstances.

3. In the event of any of the following circumstances, our company has the right to change, interrupt or terminate the provision of services under this agreement to users at any time without assuming any responsibility to users or any third party:

(1) According to the law, the user shall submit true information, and the personal information provided by the user is untrue and fails to provide reasonable proof;

(2) The user violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement;

(3) In accordance with the provisions of the law or the requirements of the competent authorities;

(4) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.

4. Protection of users' personal privacy information

(1) Opposing the basic principles set forth in the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

(3) harming the honor and interests of the state;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Undermining national religious policies and advocating cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;

(7) Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crimes;

(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

3. Users shall not use this product account or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of this product, or infringes on the rights and interests of other users or third parties.

(1) Contains any sexual innuendo;

(2) Contains abusive, intimidating, or threatening content;

(3) Contains harassment, spam, malicious information, or deceptive information;

(4) Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;

(5) Other interference with the normal operation of the service and infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

VI. Rules of Use

1. Any content transmitted or published by users in or through this service does not reflect or represent, and shall not be regarded as reflecting or representing the views, positions or policies of our company, and our company does not assume any responsibility for this.

2. When using this product, the user must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the country, and agree that he will not use this product to carry out any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following behaviors:

3. The user shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy and validity of the information transmitted by using the product account or the service, and any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user and has nothing to do with our company. In the event of any damage caused to our company or a third party, the user shall compensate for it in accordance with the law.

4. The services provided by this product may include advertisements, and the user agrees to display the advertisements provided by this product and third-party suppliers and partners during use. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. Our company does not guarantee the correctness, completeness or quality of the content transmitted through this product and service. Users may be exposed to content that is unpleasant, inappropriate or objectionable when receiving the service. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content and any loss or damage of any kind incurred therefrom. The use of the above content by the user shall be at his/her own risk.

2. The user expressly agrees that the risks and consequences of using this product will be entirely borne by him/her, and our company will not assume any responsibility for the user. If any other third party suffers losses due to the user's violation of relevant laws, regulations or any clause under this agreement, the user agrees to bear the liability for the damages caused thereby.

3. Our company respects and protects the personal privacy of users. However, in the event of the leakage of the user's private information due to malicious network attacks or other circumstances beyond its control, the user agrees that the Company shall not assume any responsibility.

4. Our company does not assume any responsibility for the losses caused by telecommunication system or Internet network failure, computer failure, computer system problems or any other force majeure reasons, but will try its best to reduce the losses and impacts caused to users.

8. Intellectual Property Rights Statement

1. 3. Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, the user shall not modify, rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute, copy, create derivative works or use any commercial use of part or all of the content of this product in any form or in any way.

9. Governing Law

1. The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of this country and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this country. If the User is located in the United States, the jurisdiction for disputes shall be the courts of the State of California. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. If any part of the Terms of Service conflicts with the laws of this country, such part of the Terms shall be reinterpreted in accordance with the provisions of the law, and the invalidity or reinterpretation of some of the Terms shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions.

2. The user and our company agree to this agreement. In the event of any dispute arising during the execution of this Agreement, the two parties shall settle it through friendly negotiation; If the negotiation fails, either party may directly file a lawsuit with the local people's court.

10. Miscellaneous

1. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and should be ignored in the interpretation of this Agreement.

2. This agreement and its right to modify and final interpretation belong to our company.
